Not the color I purchased

I ordered a 1b and I received a 1 color label said 1b but I buy wigs and wear wigs often so I know my colors. Tag looped around inside band. Requested a 1b if not in stock to exchange, to send me a #2. I like the style of the wig a lot but not the color I paid for, email, phone call.. no response until I received this review request. I googled after no response.and see a lot of poor reviews on Yelp and other areas. Will not purchase from this company again.
